of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers in 35,000 clubs and 135 countries who come together to make positive, lasting change in communities at home and abroad.

The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarian's to use for their personal and professional relationships. The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and recited it at club meetings:
Of the things we think, say or do

1. Is it the TRUTH?

2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?

3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

Vestavia Hills Rotary Club has been serving this community for over 50 years.   Through the generosity of individuals and business community, our annual events like The Roast and Iron City Chef have raised over $775,000 supporting programs that include The Vestavia Hills Math, Debate and Robotics programs; student scholarships, annual recognition of Vestavia Hills Teachers, City Employee and First Responder of the Year.                                

 Rotary members believe that we have a shared responsibility to take action on our world’s most persistent issues. Our 35,000+ clubs work together to:

• Promote peace
• Fight disease
• Provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene
• Save mothers and children
• Support education
